Valentine Adan charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentine Adan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andre Peroalfonso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pintado AFC's Mateo Basterra got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Pintado AFC booed when Oribe AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. A collision led to Oribe AFC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Belmiro Romeo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskarbi Bolaños in the 77th minute of play forced Oribe AFC's goalkeeper Higinio Comas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oribe AFC's Higinio Comas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskarbi Bolaños in the 78th minute of play. Savion Menocal made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Valentine Adan sent off a good shot on target.
