An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Sabugal in the 3rd minute of play forced Franco Canadiense FC's goalkeeper Zadornin Sirguero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pepito Tariego charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pepito Tariego the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Franco Canadiense FC! Franco Canadiense FC's Zadornin Sirguero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Sabugal in the 9th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Ladislav Patka made a precise shot to the right of Zadornin Sirguero. Franco Canadiense FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 16th minute, Temel Ülgener ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zadornin Sirguero was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The supporters of Boston River Futbol Club booed when Franco Canadiense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernal Armentia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zadornin Sirguero came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Boston River Futbol Club's Marco Sabugal. But to his dismay, Marco Sabugal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 25th minute, Marco Sabugal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boston River Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Marco Sabugal might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zadornin Sirguero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marco Sabugal ran back to his position shaking his head. Boston River Futbol Club's Gaudencio Arbizu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lazaro Oyuelos in the 32nd minute of play. If Marco Sabugal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Temel Ülgener sped through Franco Canadiense FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zadornin Sirguero. Ladislav Patka took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zadornin Sirguero. Zadornin Sirguero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. 47 minutes into the match, Franco Canadiense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislav Patka came free, but Zadornin Sirguero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Boston River Futbol Club were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Marco Sabugal made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Boston River Futbol Club's Ladislav Patka slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zadornin Sirguero. That made the score 0-9 after 57 minutes of play. After 60 minutes, Ladislav Patka mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boston River Futbol Club and the Franco Canadiense FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th minute, Ladislav Patka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Franco Canadiense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislav Patka came free, but Zadornin Sirguero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Boston River Futbol Club's Temel Ülgener ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zadornin Sirguero. Zadornin Sirguero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. Franco Canadiense FC's Zadornin Sirguero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Franco Canadiense FC from getting a goal against them. 73 minutes into the match, Ladislav Patka notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Franco Canadiense FC's Zadornin Sirguero. Zadornin Sirguero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zadornin Sirguero came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Boston River Futbol Club's Ladislav Patka. But to his dismay, Ladislav Patka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. Temel Ülgener recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the game, Temel Ülgener cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Zadornin Sirguero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zadornin Sirguero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Sabugal, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ladislav Patka kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zadornin Sirguero. That made the score 0-14 in the 88 minute of play. Zadornin Sirguero made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Temel Ülgener sent off a good shot on target. When Ladislav Patka was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Boston River Futbol Club's Ladislav Patka got a free kick in the 97th minute. When the match was over Boston River Futbol Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Franco Canadiense FC throughout the match.
