Spectators: 8458 (Terracing: 6344, Seating: 1945, VIP seats: 169) Atlas f.c.'s Americo Tarrats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oto Zuazna in the 8th minute of play. After some careless play in the Atlas f.c. defense, Oto Zuazna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Americo Tarrats. The Atlas f.c. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Americo Tarrats should have stopped the shot. 15 minutes into the match, Oto Zuazna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Americo Tarrats. Atlas f.c.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oto Zuazna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Veli Kartal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Veremundo Labra in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oto Zuazna in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Americo Tarrats saved Atlas f.c. from getting behind. In the 29th minute, Oto Zuazna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canterano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Izotz Caballeiro got a throw-in 32 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Raul Larrinzar. Erasto Besosa kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Oto Zuazna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canterano's supporters rose to their feet, but Oto Zuazna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Americo Tarrats breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 43 minutes of play, Canterano's Oto Zuazna made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Americo Tarrats was left in no man's land by his defense there! 46 minutes into the game, Erasto Besosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Americo Tarrats was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Atlas f.c. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Canterano were winning 0-6.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Veremundo Labra to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Oto Zuazna sped through Atlas f.c.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Americo Tarrats. When Oto Zuazna came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Canterano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oto Zuazna couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute, Oto Zuazna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Americo Tarrats was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Oto Zuazna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Atlas f.c.'s zone, Oto Zuazna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Americo Tarrats came out of the goal and Oto Zuazna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Atlas f.c. booed when Canterano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Hornedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Canterano booed when Atlas f.c. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luzea Beneit didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Atlas f.c.'s Americo Tarrats got control of the ball when Oto Zuazna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Americo Tarrats came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Canterano's Oto Zuazna. But to his dismay, Oto Zuazna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. After 81 minutes, Natanael Cañon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Canterano and the Atlas f.c. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Atlas f.c. booed when Canterano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natanael Cañon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Canterano's Oto Zuazna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Americo Tarrats made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. Oto Zuazna struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Americo Tarrats didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Canterano. Oto Zuazna succeeded in the game's 88th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-11. Atlas f.c.'s Americo Tarrats proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Atlas f.c. from getting a goal against them. Canterano played a much better game than Atlas f.c. and deserved their victory. The Atlas f.c. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
