A collision led to Gervasio AFC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Pablo Arijola hit a great ball. In the 15th minute of the match George West sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nahia Roque skillfully saved the ball. After 24 played minutes Algorta got a freekick which was hit by Ekaitz Vidaurre. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saturnin Borja during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th match minute, Algorta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saturnin Borja to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Algorta getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ekaitz Vidaurre hit a great ball. If Gelmiro Almuzara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, Algorta's Donattello Kiatcharoenchai got control of the ball when Desiderio Ribota tried to sneak it across the goal line. Donattello Kiatcharoenchai made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Desiderio Ribota sent off a good shot on target. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gelmiro Almuzara made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santio Sabando in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nahia Roque prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Santio Sabando struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Nahia Roque didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Algorta. Santio Sabando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reimundo Marful in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donattello Kiatcharoenchai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Santio Sabando came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Algorta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santio Sabando couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Ribota in the 72nd minute of play forced Algorta's goalkeeper Donattello Kiatcharoenchai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jordi Saracha's late challenge caught a Gervasio AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jordi Saracha helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gervasio AFC booed when Algorta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jordi Saracha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Desiderio Ribota recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santio Sabando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 87 played minutes Algorta got a freekick which was hit by Saturnin Borja. Donattello Kiatcharoenchai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gelmiro Almuzara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute of the match Gar Grimaldo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nahia Roque skillfully saved the ball. Santio Sabando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Nahia Roque tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gervasio AFC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Algorta had controlled the match.
