Luzea Badia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 minutes, Monico Moreyre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Campeon del Siglo and the C. D. Lury players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th minute, one of Campeon del Siglo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Campeon del Siglo. C. D. Lury's Galileo Perčobić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save C. D. Lury from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, C. D. Lury's Galileo Perčobić got control of the ball when Rito Baeza tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Basilio Dodorol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evarado Cazarez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Dodorol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basilio Dodorol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Campeon del Siglo's zone, Luzea Badia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evarado Cazarez came out of the goal and Luzea Badia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Basilio Dodorol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evarado Cazarez having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joachim Piquerez during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joachim Piquerez hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manuelo Gavilan made a kick off. After 53 played minutes C. D. Lury got a freekick which was hit by Joachim Piquerez. If Stefano Achaque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evarado Cazarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefano Achaque in the 72nd minute of the match. Basilio Dodorol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, C. D. Lury's Evarado Cazarez threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Stefano Achaque, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. C. D. Lury's Stefano Achaque was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 78th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Basilio Dodorol got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Stefano Achaque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evarado Cazarez having to interfere. Basilio Dodorol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Evarado Cazarez made a huge save. In the 86th minute, Oro Marron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Loiola Sayavedra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evarado Cazarez having to make a save. In the 91stth minute of the game Stefano Achaque who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Campeon del Siglo's Evarado Cazarez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Galileo Perčobić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rito Baeza in the 97th minute of the match. C. D. Lury's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
