One of Chivito CorreYuta F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cortume:s goal. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chivito CorreYuta F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jose Dagora was slow to take the kick. During this time Cortume's players had a chance to rest. Cortume's Jose Dagora was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Galo Posadas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cortume's goalkeeper Mark Alcantara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabio Corcoba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Mark Alcantara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Cortume defense, Runar Øyen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mark Alcantara. The Cortume fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mark Alcantara should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Fanuco Mantilla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chivito CorreYuta F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Fanuco Mantilla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mark Alcantara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chivito CorreYuta F.C.'s Leon Teuber was substituted for Millrick Muela. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Atarrabi Najera to strike the kick off in the second half. Mark Alcantara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Corcoba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Fanuco Mantilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 58 minutes into the match, Fanuco Mantilla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mark Alcantara. Cortume's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fanuco Mantilla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Galo Posadas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quilo Senties, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fanuco Mantilla scored 6-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mark Alcantara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 68 minutes into the match, Fanuco Mantilla notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Cortume's Mark Alcantara. Mark Alcantara was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Fanuco Mantilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Cortume defense, Fanuco Mantilla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mark Alcantara. The Cortume fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mark Alcantara should have stopped the shot. Fabio Corcoba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes into the game, Chivito CorreYuta F.C.'s Fanuco Mantilla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mark Alcantara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Chivito CorreYuta F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
