Ulises Bolados started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Llolleo FC defense, Mikel Silva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reynaldo San Miguel. The Llolleo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo San Miguel should have stopped the shot. Reynaldo San Miguel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mikel Silva went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Llolleo FC's Reynaldo San Miguel got control of the ball when Edu Veloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute, Matias Esteban made a precise shot to the right of Reynaldo San Miguel. Llolleo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 34th minute, Jordi Diban left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Llolleo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Faustino Frias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Reynaldo San Miguel made a huge save. Reynaldo San Miguel made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Faustino Frias sent off a good shot on target. Reynaldo San Miguel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikel Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Reynaldo San Miguel managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when EL CHUNCHO's Matias Esteban fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 46th match minute, EL CHUNCHO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eladio Zercalde to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matias Esteban stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 78th minute, Fidelio Formoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 8-1 when Matias Esteban sped through Llolleo FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Reynaldo San Miguel. In the 86th minute, Omar Sobuage ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reynaldo San Miguel was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-1. Marco Almeyda's late challenge caught a EL CHUNCHO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marco Almeyda helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of EL CHUNCHO booed when Llolleo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Almeyda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edu Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Reynaldo San Miguel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Llolleo FC's Reynaldo San Miguel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Esteban in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the EL CHUNCHO players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
