The supporters of Poker Team booed when Maiteines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Casale didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Maiteines getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ondino Mansilla hit a great ball. In the 16th minute Isaac Baehr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Davis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maiteines's Brian Davis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Baehr in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Baehr in the 29th minute of play forced Maiteines's goalkeeper Brian Davis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lois Moscoso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Brian Davis made a huge save. Isaac Baehr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Davis having to interfere. After 35 minutes of play, Poker Team's Lois Moscoso made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brian Davis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Brian Davis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaac Baehr's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Brian Davis made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Lois Moscoso sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Baehr in the 41st minute of play forced Maiteines's goalkeeper Brian Davis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maiteines's Brian Davis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Baehr in the 42nd minute of play. If Isaac Baehr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brian Davis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Baehr in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isaac Baehr stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Poker Team got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Socias. Brian Davis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lois Moscoso in the 54th minute of the match. Brian Davis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lois Moscoso in the 58th minute of play. Lois Moscoso struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Brian Davis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poker Team. In the 66th minute Lois Moscoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Davis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Baehr in the 69th minute of play forced Maiteines's goalkeeper Brian Davis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Ervigio Sobarzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maiteines's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ervigio Sobarzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Ervigio Sobarzo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wojciech Cwynar. Poker Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ervigio Sobarzo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 80 minutes into the match, Maiteines's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Baehr came free, but Brian Davis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Lois Moscoso put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Brian Davis. When Poker Team's Isaac Baehr in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maiteines's goalie prevented a goal. After 88 minutes, Lois Moscoso made it 4-2 with a short kick to the right side. Maiteines's Brian Davis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Poker Team's Lois Moscoso got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
