Diego Rivarola scored 1-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan Carlos Costa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Lois Moscoso could shoot a difficult shot in the 21st minute, which Juan Carlos Costa however easily saved by the left post. Cabana's Juan Carlos Costa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Cabana from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evelio Alvarado in the 27th minute of play forced Poker Team's goalkeeper Wojciech Cwynar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 minutes of play, Poker Team's Diego Rivarola made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Carlos Costa was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Feliberto Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Lois Moscoso sped through Cabana's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juan Carlos Costa. After some careless play in the Poker Team defense, Evelio Alvarado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wojciech Cwynar. The Poker Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wojciech Cwynar should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

After a rather tough play, Cabana's Siluna Pagueguy got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Poker Team's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Evelio Alvarado scored to the left of an out of position Wojciech Cwynar, making the score, 3-3. After some careless play in the Cabana defense, Diego Rivarola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Carlos Costa. The Cabana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Carlos Costa should have stopped the shot. If Jorge Socias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Carlos Costa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lois Moscoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Noé Davagnino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Lois Moscoso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-3. Juan Carlos Costa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Evelio Alvarado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wojciech Cwynar. That made the score 5-4 in the 97 minute of play. Poker Team walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
