To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17thth minute of the game Matteo Dalgalarrando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chiloé Combatiente F.C's Joaquin Anania was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Miroslaw Jakubiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrés Yanque, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Eustacio Ceballos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslaw Jakubiak having to interfere. When Eder Delpiano fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Segundo Benancio T. A.'s protests and gave Eder Delpiano a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 played minutes Segundo Benancio T. A. got a freekick which was hit by Eder Delpiano. Markus Bulboa struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Joaquin Anania didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Segundo Benancio T. A..
