Spectators: 7233 (Terracing: 5536, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rodolfo Valles started the match with the kick off. Benito Bisquert hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute Rodolfo Valles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Picado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute Sansón Moron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rufino Abumohor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fortunato Picado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Valles, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. With a little luck, Rarín FC's Fortunato Picado got control of the ball when Rodolfo Valles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nahuel Pellegri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Fortunato Picado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodolfo Valles struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Fortunato Picado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castro AFC. After 25 played minutes Rarín FC got a freekick which was hit by Odilón Kovasic. Rodolfo Valles succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 30th playminute. Rarín FC's Nicasio Aguero couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 38th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Castro AFC. Sansón Moron took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rufino Abumohor. Rufino Abumohor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Rodolfo Valles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Fortunato Picado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Castro AFC's Benito Bisquert ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fortunato Picado. Fortunato Picado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sansón Moron to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Odilón Kovasic during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 55th play minutes Rodolfo Valles shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Fortunato Picado and just under the crossbar into goal. Fortunato Picado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Valles in the 61st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Sansón Moron took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Rufino Abumohor to make any attempt to save it. 77 minutes into the match, Francisco Soza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fortunato Picado. Rarín FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Soza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Nahuel Pellegri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fortunato Picado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Máximo Máximo hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Castro AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
