Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alesandro Cruchaga kicked off to start the match. In the 8th minute, Marciano Ovando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Castro AFC's zone, Alesandro Cruchaga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rufino Abumohor came out of the goal and Alesandro Cruchaga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Bisquert in the 12th minute of play forced Atlético Olcaha's goalkeeper Edgardo Beausejour to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Castro AFC's Francisco Soza got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Atlético Olcaha's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Bisquert came free, but Edgardo Beausejour reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Rodolfo Valles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Beausejour saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atlético Olcaha were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Castro AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Humberto Amuscotegui took the corner. Carlos Gustavo D´Etigny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Rufino Abumohor made a huge save. Edgardo Beausejour showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Valles, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severiano Brizuela during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd minute, Severiano Brizuela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Próspero Aldea hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodolfo Valles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Carlos Gustavo D´Etigny had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rufino Abumohor. Castro AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Gustavo D´Etigny was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Castro AFC's Rufino Abumohor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Gustavo D´Etigny in the 56th minute of play. Rufino Abumohor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Ovando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Gustavo D´Etigny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rufino Abumohor having to interfere. Atlético Olcaha's Marciano Ovando got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Alesandro Cruchaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, Castro AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Gustavo D´Etigny came free, but Rufino Abumohor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marciano Ovando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Rufino Abumohor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Gustavo D´Etigny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silviano Marco hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Marciano Ovando had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rufino Abumohor. Castro AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marciano Ovando was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Rufino Abumohor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silviano Marco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atlético Olcaha's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
