When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Conrado Lattanzi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Lattanzi in the 51st minute of play forced Quilan's goalkeeper Isaac Casanova to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bermejo Winkler tried in the 53rd minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Isaac Casanova a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Isaac Casanova came out of the goal and Conrado Lattanzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brian Viñuela hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Conrado Lattanzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isaac Casanova read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Conrado Lattanzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Quilan players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
