Spectators: 6694 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gilberto Pozo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Islita FC's Aureo Trujillo shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 8th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Salvador Javia but with some difficulty. Torrecilla AFC's Salvador Javia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Torrecilla AFC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorge Vicente Padilla in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benjamín Hormazabal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benjamín Hormazabal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Vicente Padilla in the 18th minute of the match. Islita FC's Gilberto Pozo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 22nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Gilberto Pozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amadeo Illanes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Torrecilla AFC's Jorge Vicente Padilla managed to work through Islita FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Jorge Vicente Padilla dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After a rather tough play, Islita FC's Patxi Ferari got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jorge Vicente Padilla made a kick off. Jorge Vicente Padilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Benjamín Hormazabal made a huge save. The supporters of Torrecilla AFC booed when Islita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patxi Ferari didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 played minutes Islita FC got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Bishara. After a defensive mix-up in Torrecilla AFC's zone, Gilberto Pozo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Javia came out of the goal and Gilberto Pozo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the match, Camilo Malbrán notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Islita FC's Benjamín Hormazabal. Benjamín Hormazabal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Torrecilla AFC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Jesus Granada hit a great ball. Salvador Javia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Pozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amadeo Illanes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Vicente Padilla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Benjamín Hormazabal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Vicente Padilla in the 86th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Islita FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Camilo Malbrán fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Islita FC's Benjamín Hormazabal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Vicente Padilla in the 93rd minute of play. In the 96th minute, Jorge Vicente Padilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Islita FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Torrecilla AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
