After 3 played minutes Caraguano got a freekick which was hit by Patxi Guerrero. Adelio Sires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincente Frey, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Prudentio Cabañas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Adelio Sires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Copayapu F.C getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Reinaldo Alvarado hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Prudentio Cabañas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caraguano's supporters rose to their feet, but Prudentio Cabañas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adelio Sires breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sarracino Patau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Alarico Bórquez made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincente Frey in the 32nd minute of play forced Copayapu F.C's goalkeeper Adelio Sires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patxi Guerrero made a great header on Caraguano's corner, it was just that Copayapu F.C's Adelio Sires managed to reach the ball for a save. Adelio Sires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudentio Cabañas in the 35th minute of the match. Vincente Frey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Adelio Sires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Sarracino Patau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Adelio Sires managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Caraguano's Vincente Frey fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Vincente Frey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vinos Amenábar hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, Caraguano's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Amiot came free, but Alarico Bórquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Vincente Frey dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adelio Sires, 0-1. In the 72nd minute, Sarracino Patau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudentio Cabañas in the 76th minute of play forced Copayapu F.C's goalkeeper Adelio Sires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Luciano Fevre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prudentio Cabañas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adelio Sires having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cecilio Amiot in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alarico Bórquez saved Caraguano from getting behind. When Cecilio Amiot came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Copayapu F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cecilio Amiot couldn't finish the play. Alarico Bórquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sarracino Patau in the 97th minute of play. Caraguano's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
