Guillaume Kant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Urquieta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Casimiro Donoso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Rufo was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. When Rogelio Catrileo came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Faeneros futbol PAC fans jumped to their feet. After a rather tough play, Faeneros futbol PAC's Miguel Basabilvaso got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 25th minute, Maximino Urquieta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alqui fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Casimiro Donoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. Casimiro Donoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Rufo having to interfere. Rogelio Catrileo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Faeneros futbol PAC defense, Rolando Encalada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guillaume Kant. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximino Urquieta was the one to do the kick off. Marciano Catrileo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emiliano Rufo having to make a save. Guillaume Kant made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Miguel Ángel Vidma sent off a good shot on target. In the 70th minute, Maximino Urquieta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Casimiro Donoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Faeneros futbol PAC's Guillaume Kant got control of the ball when Miguel Ángel Vidma tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guillaume Kant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narcís Necochea in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Faeneros futbol PAC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Urquieta came free, but Guillaume Kant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alqui's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 87 minutes into the match, Marciano Catrileo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emiliano Rufo. Alqui's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marciano Catrileo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Casimiro Donoso in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emiliano Rufo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alqui's Emiliano Rufo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Basabilvaso in the 92nd minute of play. Miguel Ángel Vidma could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Guillaume Kant made a huge save. Alqui were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Faeneros futbol PAC's much stronger midfield.
