Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Calixto Martel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aristides Illanes got free with Máximo Faure in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aristides Illanes in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Máximo Faure saved Chelin from getting behind. Chelin's Máximo Faure proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Chelin from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Calixto Martel sped through Choroico AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nacho Pincheira. In the 20th minute, Aristides Illanes made a precise shot to the right of Máximo Faure. Chelin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Nacho Pincheira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calixto Martel, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Frances Zumelzu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Máximo Faure showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Carnevalli in the 29th minute of the match. Aristides Illanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Máximo Faure tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casimír Crespo struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Máximo Faure didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Choroico AFC. With a little luck, Chelin's Máximo Faure got control of the ball when Aristides Illanes tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esteban Carnevalli to make the kick off. Máximo Faure took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Illanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esteban Carnevalli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Máximo Faure read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Máximo Faure showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Illanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Nacho Pincheira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nacho Pincheira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frances Zumelzu in the 60th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Héctor David Naveda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the match, Chelin's Narciso Villar broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Máximo Faure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Illanes in the 67th minute of play. Aristides Illanes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Aristides Illanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Máximo Faure showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Carnevalli in the 79th minute of the match. In the 87th minute Esteban Carnevalli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Faure saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Choroico AFC's Esteban Carnevalli got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Choroico AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
