An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Alberto Durango in the 9th minute of play forced Ancovinto FC's goalkeeper Mariano Guisado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaume Cancino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Washington Deves in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mariano Guisado, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 18 minutes into the game, Omar Araus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IMPERIO F.B.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ancovinto FC the free kick. A collision led to IMPERIO F.B.C. getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Omar Araus hit a great ball. After 19 played minutes, Ancovinto FC's Manuel Caballero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Godofredo Iturralde came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ancovinto FC reached it. Elías Larreta kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to IMPERIO F.B.C. getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Angelillo Mac Rae hit a great ball. When Jaume Cancino came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Ancovinto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaume Cancino couldn't finish the play. Washington Deves succeeded in the game's 30th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Washington Deves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Elías Larreta managed to get in a good position for a shot. IMPERIO F.B.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Elías Larreta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Guisado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of IMPERIO F.B.C. booed when Ancovinto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quentín Raheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaume Cancino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godofredo Iturralde having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Washington Deves made a kick off. IMPERIO F.B.C.'s Godofredo Iturralde proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save IMPERIO F.B.C. from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaume Cancino got free with Godofredo Iturralde in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 56 minutes of play, IMPERIO F.B.C.'s Washington Deves made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mariano Guisado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mariano Guisado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Jory, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. With a little luck, IMPERIO F.B.C.'s Godofredo Iturralde got control of the ball when Jaume Cancino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mariano Guisado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Deves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Guisado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Durango, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Mariano Guisado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Washington Deves in the 70th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Cornelio Jory had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mariano Guisado. Ancovinto FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cornelio Jory was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaume Cancino got free with Godofredo Iturralde in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th match minute, Ancovinto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Manuel Mas to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 82 minutes, Washington Deves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IMPERIO F.B.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Washington Deves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute, Lucas Manieu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romelio Reynero's late challenge caught a IMPERIO F.B.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romelio Reynero helped the player get up and apologised. Ancovinto FC's Mariano Guisado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Washington Deves in the 87th minute of play. Jaume Cancino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Washington Deves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mariano Guisado was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. IMPERIO F.B.C. fully deserved thier win.
