Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pedro José Schlubach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Charlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteban Carnevalli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro José Schlubach made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Jasone Mowat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Choroico AFC's Héctor David Naveda got a free kick in the 56th minute. When Aristides Illanes came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Choroico AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aristides Illanes couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Esteban Carnevalli in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Charlin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute, Pedro José Schlubach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nacho Pincheira was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Marco Charlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Illanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. If Pedro José Schlubach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eriberto Zebadilla struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Nacho Pincheira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mapache UTD. Mapache UTD's Marco Charlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Illanes in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Pedro José Schlubach fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Casimír Crespo kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Aristides Illanes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Choroico AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
