The Ancovinto FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Quentín Raheiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geofredo Larraona. Juampi Coparao FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Quentín Raheiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 16th minute, Erasmo Bazaes made a precise shot to the right of Mariano Guisado. Ancovinto FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 19th minute, Jaume Cancino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Geofredo Larraona was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. When Miren Domínguez fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ancovinto FC's protests and gave Miren Domínguez a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ancovinto FC's Miren Domínguez got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Juampi Coparao FC's Tinguaro Donoso shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 23rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mariano Guisado but with some difficulty. With a little luck, Ancovinto FC's Mariano Guisado got control of the ball when Omar Troncoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mariano Guisado made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Mariano Valderas sent off a good shot on target. 28 minutes into the match, Quentín Raheiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Geofredo Larraona. After a defensive mix-up in Ancovinto FC's zone, Liberto Abumohor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Guisado came out of the goal and Liberto Abumohor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Luciano Llana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geofredo Larraona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romelio Reynero in the 36th minute of play. Erasmo Bazaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Mariano Guisado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geofredo Larraona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaume Cancino, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luciano Llana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geofredo Larraona having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Valderas made a kick off. Erasmo Bazaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Guisado having to interfere. Geofredo Larraona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Llana in the 60th minute of the match. If Erasmo Bazaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geofredo Larraona went to the wrong direction when Manuel Caballero was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. When Luciano Llana came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Ancovinto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Llana couldn't finish the play. Mariano Valderas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Mariano Valderas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mariano Guisado was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Romelio Reynero kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Mariano Valderas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mariano Guisado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Romelio Reynero's late challenge caught a Juampi Coparao FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romelio Reynero helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ancovinto FC's Romelio Reynero got a free kick in the 89th minute. If Mariano Valderas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 94th minute of the match Manuel Caballero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Geofredo Larraona showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mariano Guisado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariano Valderas's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Liberto Abumohor struck a weak shot in the 100th minute. Mariano Guisado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juampi Coparao FC. When the final whistle went the supporters of Ancovinto FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Juampi Coparao FC side.
