Paulín Burgos kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes, pte alto PC.'s Roque Ávila shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Orlondón Mac Millan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in pte alto PC. reached it. After 14 played minutes pte alto PC. got a freekick which was hit by Elodio Parra. U de Chile's José Alejandro Huaiquipan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 14th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Maurilio Trouve but with some difficulty. Laurín Taibo charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laurín Taibo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Laurín Taibo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlondón Mac Millan having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurín Taibo in the 23rd minute of play forced U de Chile's goalkeeper Orlondón Mac Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siluna San Miguel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurilio Trouve having to interfere. Maurilio Trouve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Ansola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Laurín Taibo made a precise shot to the right of Orlondón Mac Millan. U de Chile's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Laurín Taibo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orlondón Mac Millan having to interfere. A collision led to U de Chile getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. José Alejandro Huaiquipan hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicanor Maluk to make the kick off. Maurilio Trouve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siluna San Miguel in the 52nd minute of play. U de Chile's Francisco Ansola got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siluna San Miguel in the 57th minute of play forced pte alto PC.'s goalkeeper Maurilio Trouve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th match minute, U de Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yeray Berger to maneuver through the defense. After 72 minutes, Yeray Berger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U de Chile and the pte alto PC. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, U de Chile's Yeray Berger got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Nicanor Maluk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Orlondón Mac Millan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, U de Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yeray Berger to maneuver through the defense. Laurín Taibo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The U de Chile fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. pte alto PC. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
