José Augusto Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felo Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After 11 minutes Platypus F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Krzysztof Czeszyk who took care of the corner kick. Krzysztof Czeszyk made a great header on ProyectoNativo's corner, it was just that Platypus F.C.'s José Augusto Oliveira managed to reach the ball for a save. Felo Gol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Augusto Oliveira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. The wind increased when Felo Gol made the kick off in the second half. Rafael Alarcón hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. José Augusto Oliveira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felo Gol in the 53rd minute. Salvador Oroeta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raymundo Carilao in the 54th minute of the match. Platypus F.C.'s José Augusto Oliveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Platypus F.C. from getting a goal against them. ProyectoNativo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Krzysztof Czeszyk in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raymundo Carilao in the 66th minute of play forced ProyectoNativo's goalkeeper Salvador Oroeta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felo Gol got free with José Augusto Oliveira in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xaime Mac Gill's late challenge caught a ProyectoNativo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xaime Mac Gill helped the player get up and apologised. Guillermo Arregui made in the 73rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Joaquin Havier however managed to control. In the 76th minute Raymundo Carilao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Oroeta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zenón Kroon kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of ProyectoNativo booed when Platypus F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Arregui didn't get a good kick on the ball. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing ProyectoNativo to win.
