Spectators: 6656 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 0) Taquapery's Wilian Queiroz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. José Augusto Schmidt struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Joélson Alcântara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taquapery. When José Augusto Schmidt came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Taquapery fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Augusto Schmidt couldn't finish the play. After 7 played minutes Umaiba SC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Gomes. In the 10th minute Wilian Queiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joélson Alcântara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Umaiba SC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilian Queiroz came free, but Joélson Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Augusto Schmidt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Umaiba SC's Joélson Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilian Queiroz in the 15th minute of play. Joélson Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilian Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Taquapery's Pedro Luiz Sampaio got a free kick in the 18th minute. With a little luck, Umaiba SC's Joélson Alcântara got control of the ball when José Augusto Schmidt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilian Queiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Joélson Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If José Augusto Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Augusto Schmidt got free with Joélson Alcântara in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Taquapery's Wilian Queiroz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joélson Alcântara. That made the score 1-0 after 29 minutes of play. Joélson Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luiz Sampaio in the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Umaiba SC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilian Queiroz came free, but Joélson Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If José Augusto Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Augusto Schmidt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Joélson Alcântara made a huge save. Wilian Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joélson Alcântara having to interfere.

The wind increased when Miguel Gomes made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Luiz Sampaio in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joélson Alcântara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 56 minutes into the game, Taquapery's Zé Roberto Bueno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joélson Alcântara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. José Augusto Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the game, Wilian Queiroz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Joélson Alcântara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wilian Queiroz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joélson Alcântara having to interfere. The supporters of Taquapery booed when Umaiba SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Gomes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Taquapery's Guga Couto couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 94th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Umaiba SC. In the 95th minute, Fabiano Veiga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Taquapery fully deserved thier win.
