Raimundo Penha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Adelino Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hudson Bertassi charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hudson Bertassi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adelino Gaspar made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Hudson Leme sent off a good shot on target. Hudson Leme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adelino Gaspar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, No Name's Raimundo Penha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adelino Gaspar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 59 minutes in the game, Zé Augusto Hermes fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Luiz Gustavo Aguiar having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Raimundo Penha managed to get in a good position for a shot. No Name's supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Penha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adelino Gaspar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the No Name defense, Vítor Favoretto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Gustavo Aguiar. The No Name fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Gustavo Aguiar should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Itati booed when No Name was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hudson Bertassi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Zé Augusto Hermes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonel Arruda kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. When Zé Augusto Hermes came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Itati fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Augusto Hermes couldn't finish the play. No Name's Luiz Gustavo Aguiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Augusto Hermes in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Augusto Hermes in the 95th minute of play forced No Name's goalkeeper Luiz Gustavo Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Itati's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
