Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Percival Pena took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jardim Lenize's Juan Coutinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Percival Pena in the 13th minute of play. Osvaldo Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Luís Pinho took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Paulo Queirós. João Paulo Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maurício Meirelles in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Paulo Queirós saved Lindner F.C. from getting behind. In the 19th match minute, Lindner F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eurico Paraense to maneuver through the defense. After 20 played minutes, Jardim Lenize's Luís Pinho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper João Paulo Queirós came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jardim Lenize reached it. In the 21st minute, Bruno Trindade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Maurício Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddie Krueger in the 33rd minute of play forced Lindner F.C.'s goalkeeper João Paulo Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Jardim Lenize's Freddie Krueger got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maurício Meirelles in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Paulo Queirós prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Lindner F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jardim Lenize were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maurício Meirelles to make the kick off. After 76 minutes of play Lindner F.C.'s Osvaldo Severo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 78 minutes into the match, Jardim Lenize's Luís Pinho broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 81st match minute, Jardim Lenize was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Salgado to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 88 minutes, Maurício Meirelles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jardim Lenize's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maurício Meirelles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th minute, Aloísio Fernandes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 90 minutes into the match, Jardim Lenize's Luís Pinho broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Jardim Lenize walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
