Spectators: 5001 (Terracing: 4001, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Genílson Cunha made the kick off which started today's match. If Renatinho Ceresso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, Diogo Abreu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Delfim Pires was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Genílson Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Roncano Forte FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genílson Cunha couldn't finish the play. Luís Fábio Camargo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Renatinho Ceresso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaristo Sabóia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Delfim Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Genílson Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Percival Monteiro having to interfere. When Roncano Forte FC's Genílson Cunha in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cobras Fumantes's goalie prevented a goal. Evaristo Sabóia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luís Fábio Camargo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evaristo Sabóia might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delfim Pires. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evaristo Sabóia ran back to his position shaking his head. After 47 minutes Roncano Forte FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Manoel Neto who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Manoel Neto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Roncano Forte FC's Delfim Pires did a great save. After the first half Cobras Fumantes were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Sabóia was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, one of Roncano Forte FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Agnaldo Guerra fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Roncano Forte FC's protests and gave Agnaldo Guerra a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 played minutes Roncano Forte FC got a freekick which was hit by Agnaldo Guerra. After having played for 58 minutes, Evaristo Sabóia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cobras Fumantes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evaristo Sabóia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Roncano Forte FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Genílson Cunha hit a great ball. With a little luck, Roncano Forte FC's Delfim Pires got control of the ball when Renatinho Ceresso tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute Evaristo Sabóia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Renatinho Ceresso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delfim Pires made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renatinho Ceresso in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Genílson Cunha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Percival Monteiro. Cobras Fumantes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Genílson Cunha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Genílson Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Percival Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Evaristo Sabóia in the 90th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Delfim Pires kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-3 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Diogo Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the final whistle sounded Cobras Fumantes left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Roncano Forte FC.
