Spectators: 7209 (Terracing: 5409, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) Ian Chaves started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 2 minutes, Aloísio Massa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Strutz FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aloísio Massa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Delfim Guimarães came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Strutz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delfim Guimarães couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Strutz FC's Franklin Cordeiro got a free kick in the 8th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Furquim's goal looked a bit too open when Aloísio Massa came free, but Nildo Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ezequiel Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Chaves in the 13th minute of play. Ezequiel Pinheiro didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Furquim's Romário Dionísio shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Aloísio Massa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Nildo Vides tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Lauro Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute of the match, Aloísio Massa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nildo Vides saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. João Paraibano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Nildo Vides tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aloísio Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nildo Vides having to interfere. Furquim's Nildo Vides proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Furquim from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Strutz FC booed when Furquim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juvenal Maciel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When João Paraibano came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Strutz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Paraibano couldn't finish the play. 46 minutes into the game, Strutz FC's Aloísio Massa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nildo Vides made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aloísio Massa to make the kick off. Romário Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Furquim's goal looked a bit too open when Aloísio Massa came free, but Nildo Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Juvenal Maciel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aloísio Massa in the 73rd minute of play forced Furquim's goalkeeper Nildo Vides to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If João Paraibano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Aloísio Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nildo Vides saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aloísio Massa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Nildo Vides tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 85 played minutes Furquim got a freekick which was hit by Horácio Brasil. Nildo Vides came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Strutz FC's João Paraibano. But to his dismay, João Paraibano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. João Paraibano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nildo Vides having to make a save. Oséias Guedes hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Strutz FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
