Spectators: 7209 (Terracing: 5409, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) Corisco SS's Alberto Silveira started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Rafinha Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Silveira in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Natanael Correia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alberto Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natanael Correia having to interfere. Ediberto Mendes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronaldão de Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafinha Duarte in the 15th minute of play. Natanael Correia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Silveira in the 16th minute of play. Renan Barral kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Corisco SS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Rafinha Duarte scored to the left of an out of position Ronaldão de Souza, making the score, 1-0. Corisco SS's Ronaldão de Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafinha Duarte in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, Corisco SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbson Peixoto to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Ediberto Mendes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corisco SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Alberto Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Natanael Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute of the match Pedrinho da Silva sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Natanael Correia skillfully saved the ball. Alberto Silveira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Natanael Correia having to make a save. Natanael Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Saldanha, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute Jaime Saldanha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natanael Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The long shot by Evandro Paraense in the 47th minute really tested Ronaldão de Souza's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rafinha Duarte was the one to do the kick off. In the 61st minute Alberto Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natanael Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Colorado F. C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Róbson Peixoto scored to the left of an out of position Natanael Correia, making the score, 1-2. Ronaldão de Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Vides in the 66th minute of play. Alberto Silveira struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Natanael Correia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corisco SS. The supporters of Colorado F. C. booed when Corisco SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Proença didn't get a good kick on the ball. Colorado F. In the 86th minute Ediberto Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natanael Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, Alberto Silveira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Natanael Correia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute, Ediberto Mendes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Corisco SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. 95 minutes into the match, Colorado F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Silveira came free, but Natanael Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Colorado F. C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Corisco SS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
