Zeca Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Raimundo Paraense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Cristiano Prado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zeca Cardoso to make the kick off. Raimundo Paraense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuca Corrêa in the 53rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Torre's Vicente Alves slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adriano Pimenta. That made the score 2-1 after 58 minutes of play. If Diego Paraense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esportivo Cazzo Nero's Adriano Pimenta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Esportivo Cazzo Nero from getting a goal against them. Cristiano Prado came free with the goalkeeper in the 70th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Adriano Pimenta could save by the left post. Zeca Cardoso hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Cristiano Prado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zeca Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Paraense having to interfere. Cristiano Prado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Adriano Pimenta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Esportivo Cazzo Nero fans cheered their team off the field, for while Torre had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
