Spectators: 7165 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) Breno Cunha started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Queimasangue SS's Federico Nazario was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 3rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Maquina Do Mal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Michalis Vassos scored to the left of an out of position Jairo Montenegro, making the score, 2-0. Rubinho de Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Breno Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Queimasangue SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Breno Cunha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jairo Montenegro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Didi Massa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Gustavo Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jairo Montenegro came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Queimasangue SS's Breno Cunha. But to his dismay, Breno Cunha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 38 minutes into the match, Maquina Do Mal's goalkeeper Jairo Montenegro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Breno Cunha. Maquina Do Mal's Jairo Montenegro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Maquina Do Mal from getting a goal against them. Breno Cunha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Jairo Montenegro made a huge save. Luís Gustavo Soares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Didi Massa having to make a save. In the 47th match minute, Maquina Do Mal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Décio de Brito to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vânderson Valadares to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Maquina Do Mal's zone, Breno Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jairo Montenegro came out of the goal and Breno Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Maquina Do Mal booed when Queimasangue SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michalis Vassos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jairo Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breno Cunha in the 64th minute of the match. If Michalis Vassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jairo Montenegro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Breno Cunha went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michalis Vassos in the 79th minute of play forced Maquina Do Mal's goalkeeper Jairo Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breno Cunha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jairo Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Cerezo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Maquina Do Mal's Nilton Domingues got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 86th minute, Michalis Vassos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Breno Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, Michalis Vassos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jairo Montenegro. Maquina Do Mal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michalis Vassos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Queimasangue SS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
