A collision led to Crystaes getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Duda Koehler hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, Raimundo Catarinense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 9 minutes into the match, Raimundo Catarinense dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nilmar Terra, 1-0. Raimundo Catarinense in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nilmar Terra, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Duda Koehler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Raimundo Catarinense fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Raimundo Catarinense's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nilmar Terra firmly grabbed it by the left post. 23 minutes into the match, Crystaes's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Sampaio came free, but Nilmar Terra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Adolfo Pombal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Duda Koehler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Júlio Sampaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raimundo Catarinense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilmar Terra having to interfere. When Raimundo Catarinense came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Campinas White Tigers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimundo Catarinense couldn't finish the play. After 41 played minutes, Crystaes's Rodriguinho Figueiredo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper João Adolfo Pombal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Crystaes reached it. Raimundo Catarinense in the 43rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nilmar Terra, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sebastião Rezende struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Nilmar Terra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campinas White Tigers. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fausto Pena to strike the kick off in the second half. Duda Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Adolfo Pombal having to interfere. Raimundo Catarinense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilmar Terra having to interfere. Raimundo Catarinense took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nilmar Terra. Nilmar Terra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 70thth minute of the game Raimundo Catarinense who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crystaes's Nilmar Terra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Júlio Sampaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilmar Terra having to interfere. Sebastião Rezende kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Raimundo Catarinense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Campinas White Tigers's João Adolfo Pombal got control of the ball when Duda Koehler tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nilmar Terra came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Campinas White Tigers's Raimundo Catarinense. But to his dismay, Raimundo Catarinense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Sampaio in the 88th minute of play forced Crystaes's goalkeeper Nilmar Terra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raimundo Catarinense in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nilmar Terra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute, Severino Leite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raimundo Catarinense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nilmar Terra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Catarinense in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Campinas White Tigers were the better team. Campinas White Tigers's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
