Betinho Moreiras short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Dedé Mendes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dedé Mendes came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Inhuma's Betinho Moreira. But to his dismay, Betinho Moreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 13 minutes into the game, Betinho Moreira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Dedé Mendes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Inhuma's Christiano Mandrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Eduardo Britto in the 17th minute of play. José Augusto Jacinto was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 20th minute. Inhuma's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 23rd minute, AVALANCHE BEAT's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Betinho Moreira fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When AVALANCHE BEAT's Luís Eduardo Britto in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Inhuma's goalie prevented a goal. Luís Eduardo Britto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christiano Mandrak having to interfere. After 35 played minutes, AVALANCHE BEAT's Walmir de Sousa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Christiano Mandrak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AVALANCHE BEAT reached it. In the 37th minute Franklin Linares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Eduardo Britto in the 40th minute of play forced Inhuma's goalkeeper Christiano Mandrak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Luís Eduardo Britto took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christiano Mandrak. Christiano Mandrak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Dedé Mendes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Augusto Jacinto's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Franklin Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Christiano Mandrak came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by AVALANCHE BEAT's Douglas Fonseca. But to his dismay, Douglas Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Douglas Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Inhuma's José Augusto Jacinto in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AVALANCHE BEAT's goalie prevented a goal. Betinho Moreira struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Dedé Mendes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inhuma. If José Augusto Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Augusto Jacinto in the 93rd minute of play forced AVALANCHE BEAT's goalkeeper Dedé Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The AVALANCHE BEAT players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
