Curitybanos EC's Silvinho Senna got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agostinho Gaúcho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Richard Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dedé Loureiro kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see AUTOPSIAMORAL's Zézinho Leite in action when he in the 11th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Alex Zidane hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. With his leg Agostinho Gaúcho managed to avoid a goal in the 17thth minute, when AUTOPSIAMORAL's Richard Valle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 19 minutes into the match, Curitybanos EC's goalkeeper Agostinho Gaúcho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Richard Valle. 21 minutes into the match, Silvinho Senna notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of AUTOPSIAMORAL's Coleman Xabier. Coleman Xabier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Agostinho Gaúcho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovanni Vieira in the 24th minute of the match. AUTOPSIAMORAL's Richard Valle got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Curitybanos EC's zone, Richard Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agostinho Gaúcho came out of the goal and Richard Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, AUTOPSIAMORAL's Richard Valle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Agostinho Gaúcho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Tião Quaresma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute of the match Zézinho Leite sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agostinho Gaúcho skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Richard Valle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agostinho Gaúcho was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. A collision led to Curitybanos EC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Silvinho Senna hit a great ball. Richard Valle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agostinho Gaúcho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Richard Valle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Richard Valle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Curitybanos EC's Agostinho Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Valle in the 54th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Zé Pedro Santana kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Coleman Xabier. That made the score 1-2 in the 59 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Richard Valle's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agostinho Gaúcho was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Alex Zidane managed to get in a good position for a shot. AUTOPSIAMORAL's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Zidane was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agostinho Gaúcho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the match, Richard Valle notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Curitybanos EC's Agostinho Gaúcho. Agostinho Gaúcho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Alex Zidane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Richard Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agostinho Gaúcho having to interfere. Richard Valle struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Agostinho Gaúcho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AUTOPSIAMORAL. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Richard Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot. AUTOPSIAMORAL's supporters rose to their feet, but Richard Valle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
