Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nuno Amorim took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dadá Tróia came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Valparaiso's Américo Tasso. But to his dismay, Américo Tasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. ER7 FC's Dadá Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Amorim in the 10th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Nuno Amorim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dadá Tróia was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. After 11 minutes, Rony Bastos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ER7 FC and the Valparaiso players grew even worse after the yellow card. 12 minutes into the match, Américo Tasso notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ER7 FC's Dadá Tróia. Dadá Tróia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dadá Tróia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nuno Amorim's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute, Christiano Pombal fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Elias Guerra, passed just outside the right post. In the 21st minute, Jari Rodger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With 23 minutes on the clock, Giovanni Bastos commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Giovanni Bastos hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute of the match Marcos Cavalcante sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dadá Tróia skillfully saved the ball. In the 35th minute, Américo Tasso made a precise shot to the right of Dadá Tróia. ER7 FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 40th minute, Zézinho dos Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Acácio da Silva to make the kick off. Rony Bastos might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elias Guerra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rony Bastos ran back to his position shaking his head. ER7 FC's Dedé Pinho quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ronaldo da Silva, made in the 62nd minute of the game. Zézinho dos Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Jari Rodger took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dadá Tróia. ER7 FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the last second Dadá Tróia throw himself and got hold of the ball when Nuno Amorim in the 72ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Rony Bastos struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Elias Guerra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ER7 FC. In the 80th minute, Américo Tasso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valparaiso fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Frederico Rosa charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frederico Rosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th match minute, Valparaiso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frederico Rosa to maneuver through the defense.
