After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Yuri Proença managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luís Gustavo Pereira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Deivid Pereira charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Deivid Pereira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th minute, Deivid Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atlético Paraense's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ian Tinoco was slow to take the kick. During this time Pratas da Casa FC's players had a chance to rest. After 13 played minutes Atlético Paraense got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Araújo. After having played for 14 minutes, Ian Tinoco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pratas da Casa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ian Tinoco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Paulo Faria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nestoras Silić. Atlético Paraense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Faria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Magno Diniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestoras Silić having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magno Diniz in the 24th minute of play forced Atlético Paraense's goalkeeper Nestoras Silić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Pratas da Casa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Proença came free, but Luís Gustavo Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Paulo Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ezequiel Mangueira charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Nestoras Silić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magno Diniz in the 32nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuel Araújo got free with Luís Gustavo Pereira in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Atlético Paraense's Deivid Pereira in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pratas da Casa FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 46 played minutes Pratas da Casa FC got a freekick which was hit by Mateus Costa. When Samuel Araújo came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Atlético Paraense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel Araújo couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Magno Diniz was the one to do the kick off. Samuel Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute, Yuri Proença made a precise shot to the right of Luís Gustavo Pereira. Pratas da Casa FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Samuel Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Deivid Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestoras Silić having to interfere. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Magno Diniz had several of the Atlético Paraense's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 78 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Nestoras Silić as he didn't even see the shot coming. Luís Gustavo Pereira came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Paraense's Samuel Araújo. But to his dismay, Samuel Araújo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emerson Guimarães in the 90th minute of play forced Atlético Paraense's goalkeeper Nestoras Silić to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Atlético Paraense defense, Paulo Faria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nestoras Silić. The Atlético Paraense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nestoras Silić should have stopped the shot. Yuri Proença received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Luís Gustavo Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís Gustavo Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuri Proença in the 98th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Pratas da Casa FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
