Ufuk Dokuzoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeu das Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Barandao's João Francisco Esteves got a free kick in the 10th minute. Alexsandro Dantas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronaldo Cardoso in the 13th minute. AlviNegro's Ufuk Dokuzoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dudu Vieira in the 15th minute of play. Barandao's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Benjamim Carneiro in the 16th minute. Alexsandro Dantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Maciel, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 21 played minutes Barandao got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Goiano. Ronaldo Cardoso did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Alexsandro Dantas 22 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Ronaldo Cardoso put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alexsandro Dantas. When %teams%'s Willian Leite was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 3-1 just inside the left pole, 31 minutes into the game. Alexsandro Dantas was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Gugu Toscano managed to get in a good position for a shot. AlviNegro's supporters rose to their feet, but Gugu Toscano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexsandro Dantas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. AlviNegro's attack was well implemented in the 36th minute, but when Ronaldo Cardoso was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willian Leite in the 39th minute of play forced Barandao's goalkeeper Alexsandro Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Barandao's zone, Willian Leite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexsandro Dantas came out of the goal and Willian Leite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronaldo Cardoso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Barandao's zone, Gugu Toscano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexsandro Dantas came out of the goal and Gugu Toscano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 53rd minute, Gugu Toscano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AlviNegro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldo Cardoso in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexsandro Dantas saved Barandao from getting behind. With 61 minutes on the clock, Dedé da Costa commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 62nd minute, Dedé da Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Cardoso in the 65th minute of play forced Barandao's goalkeeper Alexsandro Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Gugu Toscano put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alexsandro Dantas. AlviNegro's Leopoldo Maciel quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dênis da Silveira, made in the 82nd minute of the game. 83 minutes into the match, Ronaldo Cardoso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexsandro Dantas. Barandao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldo Cardoso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. If Ronaldo Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexsandro Dantas didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when AlviNegro's Ronaldo Cardoso shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Alexsandro Dantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldo Cardoso's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. AlviNegro's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
