The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Guto Magalhães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reynaldo Lucas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Cearense, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. If Dráuzio Cearense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Diabos Vermelho F.C defense, Guto Magalhães kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reynaldo Lucas. The Diabos Vermelho F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Lucas should have stopped the shot. Dráuzio Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diabos Vermelho F.C's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Wilton Loureiro 11 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Fábio Camargo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valeriy Bitov having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Bebeto de Mendonça got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Reynaldo Lucas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Cearense, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Reynaldo Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráuzio Cearense in the 24th minute of play. With a little luck, Diabos Vermelho F.C's Reynaldo Lucas got control of the ball when Willian Queirós tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the last second Reynaldo Lucas throw himself and got hold of the ball when Dráuzio Cearense in the 26thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Reynaldo Lucas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guto Magalhães went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Reynaldo Lucas was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Antônio Carlos Brasil capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antônio Carlos Brasil really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Dráuzio Cearense kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Reynaldo Lucas. That made the score 5-0 in the 34 minute of play. In the 38th minute, Hollywood Esporte Clube's Dráuzio Cearense dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. Willian Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Lucas having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Diabos Vermelho F.C's zone, Willian Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo Lucas came out of the goal and Willian Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reynaldo Lucas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Cearense, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dráuzio Cearense to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Dráuzio Cearense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Reynaldo Lucas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dráuzio Cearense in the 55th minute of play forced Diabos Vermelho F.C's goalkeeper Reynaldo Lucas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dráuzio Cearense took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reynaldo Lucas. Reynaldo Lucas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Dráuzio Cearense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Lucas having to interfere. When Willian Queirós came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Hollywood Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Willian Queirós couldn't finish the play. Reynaldo Lucas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dráuzio Cearense went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Dráuzio Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernesto Branco during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ernesto Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 76th minute of the match Hollywood Esporte Clube got a corner. Diabos Vermelho F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Enio Vinhas ran over to the corner to take the kick. 80 minutes into the match, Dráuzio Cearense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reynaldo Lucas. Diabos Vermelho F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dráuzio Cearense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. Dráuzio Cearense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Dráuzio Cearense notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Diabos Vermelho F.C's Reynaldo Lucas. Reynaldo Lucas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Reynaldo Lucas came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hollywood Esporte Clube's Guto Magalhães. But to his dismay, Guto Magalhães quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. Reynaldo Lucas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráuzio Cearense in the 96th minute of play. Hollywood Esporte Clube walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
