Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marco Mota took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Caropanatuba EC booed when Pandora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rony Pombal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Noel Freire showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Caropanatuba EC's Guilherme Paranaense sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rony Pombal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Pandora FC's Patrick Coelho got a free kick in the 24th minute. Pandora FC's Rony Pombal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Pandora FC from getting a goal against them. In the 30th minute, Guilherme Paranaense reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rony Pombal. The goal made the score 2-0. A collision led to Pandora FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Luiz Fernando de Queirós hit a great ball. In the 34th minute of the match José Vítor Cerezo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rony Pombal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. José Vítor Cerezo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 38th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Guilherme Paranaense got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guilherme Paranaense in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rony Pombal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristóvão Souto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Patrick Coelho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 53 minute of play. Rony Pombal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute Marco Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristóvão Souto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Freire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rony Pombal having to interfere. Rony Pombal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guilherme Paranaense in the 71st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Guilherme Paranaense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caropanatuba EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guilherme Paranaense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rony Pombal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 73rd match minute, Pandora FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Pombal to maneuver through the defense. Rony Pombal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guilherme Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Noel Freire received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Rony Pombal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Noel Freire came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Caropanatuba EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noel Freire couldn't finish the play. 89 minutes into the match, Pandora FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guilherme Paranaense came free, but Rony Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noel Freire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Noel Freire fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rony Pombal having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noel Freire in the 97th minute of play forced Pandora FC's goalkeeper Rony Pombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Caropanatuba EC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
