The tension between the Furtainha SC and the Nego Beiço F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vitório Damião in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto Faro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vitório Damião was the one to do the kick off. Jacinto Faro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitório Damião in the 54th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Furtainha SC's zone, Kléberson Moura stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio Vander came out of the goal and Kléberson Moura tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Nego Beiço F.C's Calistrat Amandiței got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Vitório Damiãos short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Jacinto Faro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 69th minute 尤奕誉 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Vander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusébio Vander came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Nego Beiço F.C's Marcelinho Dante. But to his dismay, Marcelinho Dante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 75thth minute of the game Vitório Damião who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nego Beiço F.C's Jacinto Faro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eusébio Vander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelinho Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The supporters of Nego Beiço F.C booed when Furtainha SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denílson Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vitório Damião's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacinto Faro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Rubens da Cunha threw the ball into play from the sideline. Furtainha SC's Nuno Leão quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A hard shot 88 in the game by Vitório Damião from a close distance when the talented Jacinto Faro managed to make a qualified save. Nego Beiço F.C's players were relieved.
