When Didi de Azevedo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 74 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Daniel Jacobsson was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 76 minutes into the game, Loco Abreu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Célio Fernandes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 79th minute, Luiz Gustavo Goiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Smallville's Daniel Jacobsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Smallville from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Smallville's zone, Pedro Luís Britto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Jacobsson came out of the goal and Pedro Luís Britto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Loco Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fellipe de Moraes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Célio Fernandes having to interfere.
