Bandeirantes's Clemente Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Percy Rosado in the 56th minute of play. After 58 played minutes Bandeirantes got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Teixeira. A collision led to Bandeirantes getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Lucas Tróia hit a great ball. Sandro Rosa shot from long distance in the 63rd minute, but Clemente Monteiro was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. 64 minutes into the match, Bandeirantes's goalkeeper Clemente Monteiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armandinho Fontes. Dito Soeiro hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cássio Trigo in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rubens Barral saved Gangorrinha SC from getting behind. Bandeirantes's Lucas Tróia got his second yellow card of the match in the 74th minute. The referee ordered Lucas Tróia off the ground. 73 minutes into the game, one of Bandeirantes:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Gangorrinha SC a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sandro Rosa, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bandeirantes's Clemente Monteiro. 0-3. Armandinho Fontes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Clemente Monteiro came out and tried to block the shot, but Armandinho Fontes slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 81st minute. After having played for 87 minutes, Percy Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gangorrinha SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Percy Rosado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cássio Trigo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rubens Barral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Luiz Teixeira hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gangorrinha SC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
