Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Accioly EC's Delfim Tepedino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edgar Damião sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedrinho Valadares took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raphael Mazza. Raphael Mazza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Roger Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delfim Tepedino in the 25th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Delfim Tepedino lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Roger Madureira. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Breno do Vale made a kick off. The supporters of New Cadk EC booed when Accioly EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beto Guimarães didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Accioly EC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedrinho Valadares came free, but Raphael Mazza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Accioly EC's zone, Wesley de Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raphael Mazza came out of the goal and Wesley de Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beto Guimarães during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 76 played minutes Accioly EC got a freekick which was hit by Beto Guimarães. When Pedrinho Valadares came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the New Cadk EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedrinho Valadares couldn't finish the play. In the 88th minute, Manuel Pombal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wesley de Lara in the 90th minute of play forced Accioly EC's goalkeeper Raphael Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. New Cadk EC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
