Spectators: 7204 (Terracing: 5405, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Hanniballs F.C's Toninho Novaes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovani Breckenfeld in the 3rd minute of play forced Hanniballs F.C's goalkeeper Dráusio Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramiro Souza in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dráusio Donato saved Hanniballs F.C from getting behind. In the 31st minute, Fidelo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Toninho Novaes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ademar Machado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toninho Novaes's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. After a rather tough play, Hanniballs F.C's Umberto Cosme got a free kick in the 41st minute. Fidelo's Geovani Breckenfeld got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramiro Souza to strike the kick off in the second half. If Geovani Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
