A very good chance. After 25 minutes, Olavo Lira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tacuarichim SC and the Dietrichz FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luiz Paulo Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gláuber Figueiredo in the 26th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vito Salles in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Paulo Cardoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Doni Lago blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valdomiro Berger having to make a save. In the 35th minute, Dietrichz FC's Belmiro Vidal seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Belmiro Vidal the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Dietrichz FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Belmiro Vidal had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 34 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dietrichz FC! In the 37th minute, Tacuarichim SC got a penalty, and Gilvan Bertassi placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. After 42 played minutes Tacuarichim SC got a freekick which was hit by Gilvan Bertassi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Netto in the 45th minute of play forced Tacuarichim SC's goalkeeper Luiz Paulo Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lino Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Valdomiro Berger made a huge save.

The wind increased when Benedito Toledo made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Benedito Toledo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacuarichim SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benedito Toledo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The Tacuarichim SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Lino Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Valdomiro Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valdomiro Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Costa in the 74th minute of play. Benedito Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute Lino Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdomiro Berger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Dietrichz FC defense, Lino Costa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdomiro Berger. The Dietrichz FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdomiro Berger should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Benedito Toledo sped through Dietrichz FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Valdomiro Berger. Osvaldinho Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Berger having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Benedito Toledo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valdomiro Berger was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game.
