Spectators: 7277 (Terracing: 5460, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when José Augusto Neto got the match started through his kick off. José Augusto Neto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Sidnei França managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when QUEBRA OSSO FC's Miguel Leão fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Carlos Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amauri Quirino in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elvin Bourgouin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elvin Bourgouin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amauri Quirino's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. When Adrianinho Botelho fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored QUEBRA OSSO FC's protests and gave Adrianinho Botelho a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to QUEBRA OSSO FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Adrianinho Botelho hit a great ball. After 16 minutes of play QUEBRA OSSO FC's Adrianinho Botelho was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 16th match minute, QUEBRA OSSO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrianinho Botelho to maneuver through the defense. After 17 played minutes, Catolé FC's Felippe Gaúcho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Elvin Bourgouin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Catolé FC reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Catolé FC's zone, Miguel Leão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sidnei França came out of the goal and Miguel Leão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jorginho Sampaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidnei França having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Amauri Quirino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elvin Bourgouin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Elvin Bourgouin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manoel Dante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Jefferson Cordeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elvin Bourgouin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nelson Brodel in the 44th minute of the match. If Tomé Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

José Augusto Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Sidnei França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kauan Cruz charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kauan Cruz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 52 played minutes Catolé FC got a freekick which was hit by Kauan Cruz. After 56 played minutes Catolé FC got a freekick which was hit by Nelson Brodel. In the 59th match minute, Catolé FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Almeida to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute Miguel Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidnei França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Miguel Leão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. QUEBRA OSSO FC's Miguel Leão got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Miguel Leão made a precise shot to the right of Sidnei França. Catolé FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for QUEBRA OSSO FC! In the 80th minute, the referee gave Catolé FC a penalty. Felippe Gaúcho looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Elvin Bourgouin. Manoel Dante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amauri Quirino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Elvin Bourgouin came out and tried to block the shot, but Amauri Quirino slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 87th minute. Kauan Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When the final whistle went the supporters of Catolé FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant QUEBRA OSSO FC side.
