Catolé FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amauri Quirino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ricardo Almeida hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the game, Miguel Leão cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Sidnei França was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 77 minutes into the match, Catolé FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Augusto Neto came free, but Sidnei França reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Augusto Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidnei França having to interfere. QUEBRA OSSO FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
