After a defensive mix-up in SÂO BERNArDO FC's zone, Ernani Teixeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aroeirinha's Paulo Renato Mendes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Aroeirinha from getting a goal against them. Chants of SÂO BERNArDO FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Aroeirinha had held the ball for most of the match.
