With an extended leg and a bit of luck José Vítor Vieira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anhandui were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after C.R. Anhandui's Sanchez Ballugera was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but José Vítor Vieira in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Clemente Brodel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Vítor Vieira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. If José Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xie Kun Fan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Caetano Sá's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Pena to make the kick off. José Vítor Vieira didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Anhandui's Ernani Vianna shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. José Vítor Vieira made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Clemente Brodel sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Anhandui had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
