Fabio Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Davi Sabóia thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Ulysses Sabóia, a very annoying self made goal in the 33rd minute which led to 0-3. Emerson Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Costa having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Emerson Tróia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salgueirón FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emerson Tróia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
