Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hélio Freitas got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zé Carlos de Mendonça during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Funilandia's Zé Carlos de Mendonça got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moisés Rosado in the 13th minute of play forced Real Real's goalkeeper Amadeu Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Téo Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Hélio Freitas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdemar Arantes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Real Real's Hélio Freitas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valdemar Arantes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emanuel Costa looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Amadeu Queiroz. Amadeu Queiroz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Egídio Ferraz in the 29th minute. If Hélio Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Real Real's Téo Dias got a free kick in the 33rd minute. With an all-out effort, Funilandia's Amadeu Queiroz threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zé Carlos de Mendonça, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Valdemar Arantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Augusto Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zé Carlos de Mendonça stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Amadeu Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Carlos de Mendonça in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Funilandia booed when Real Real was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Téo Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Funilandia players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
